I remember following the Pillars of Eternity Kickstarter like I was some kind of sports fan. I was incredibly happy seeing it getting further and further. And even tho I prefer its crpg counterparts to Avowed, it low-key made me enjoy gaming again recently. So sad.

My gf and I have been playing a game where we pull a card from an illustrated deck and take 5 minutes max to hand write a scene about what the card drawing inspires us. I write crap the size of a cathedral, but those 300 seconds of unrestrained creativity bring me a joy I haven't felt in ages.
