Dr. Caitlin Jewitt, associate professor of political science, gave the keynote address at the League of Women Voters of Montgomery County Annual Dinner on May 7, 2026, entitled, "Safeguarding Elections: Real and Perceived Threats."

Dr. Lilly Frost, assistant professor of political science, was invited to present her research on "intentional ambiguity" at the Conference on Façade Politics at Yale University in May 2026.📚

Earlier this month, several Political Science students attended the International Model NATO conference in Washington, D.C. 🏛️ Virginia Tech Students won three awards as both distinguished and outstanding delegations by Albania (represented by our Political Science students) as the best delegation! 👏
