Jofferman's landscape art DONE! The Joffermani were named after the trolsi word for 'thief' or 'intruder'. They were not native to Gammeland, but settled on its coast after being warmly welcomed by the Valkowl. Little did they know that this welcome was a ploy to antagonize the trolls.

Graceneck Valkowl are often thought to be beautiful, graceful, and in possession of a fiery temper. The Cherrial empire favors them as honor guards and marks of status, and as heavy hitters within the armies. #CourtsOfCreation #Valkowl

A Sharpclaw for the Valkowl chapter. I plan to make example pieces of each of the Flights, aka the subtypes of Valkowl. The Sharpclaws resemble birds of prey, are obligate carnivores, and tend to be well built for hunting and combat with their swift reflexes and agile wings. #CourtsOfCreation

Where daemons are creations of the Divine, demons are creations of the mundane. They often occur when a mundane creature learns to use magic, or materialize from strong emotion and special events. Like daemons, they vary greatly in strength and intelligence. #CourtsOfCreation

Daemons - magical creatures made by the Divine, often for a purpose. Imps are a good example, being servants of the Court of Fire. They serve as messengers and executioners of their deities' will. Like the gods of their court, they feed upon strong emotion. #CourtsOfCreation

Just found out about 'threads' so I'm gonna info dump about Valkowl now. They're one of the most commonly seen species of People on Gammeland, alongside the trolls, humans, goblins, and Halfpelts, and rule over a vast territory dubbed the Cherrial Empire. #CourtsOfCreation

This week's CoC post shall feature Gammeland, the map that more or less started the whole project. The first lore book will be focusing on it and its history. The map is likely to undergo a few changes before release (such as the faction shields. Those are getting updates) #CourtsOfCreation

It's downright sinful that I haven't tried a wireless vaccum cleaner until today. It ran so smooth, it was satisfyingly heavy in my grip, it had no annoying trunk and lump to pull behind me. No too-short wire that you gotta pause and reconnect to a new outlet as you move. I'm a changed man. Wow

So I was gonna work on a territory chapter right. Big ol chunk of text. A text I will enjoy writing. A text that's very high on the priority list of things that needs doing. I spent two days making these little guys' bestiary entry instead. Oh well, they're important too. Kinda.. #CourtsOfCreation
