Recycling my other shitpost but Ikara would be like this constantly and checking out her ass in the mirror, querying how much angst and trauma Zenos has given the size of his (Because we all know angst is stored in the ass) #zenikalore

#wolqotd liked a lot of the responses to this and wanted to take it a step further, what if your wol traded bodies/identities with their significant other for the day?

Growing up in the fringes, Ikara learned to forage. She has a speciality in poisonous plants, especially fungi and also which herbs are for healing. Her mother was a chemist in the village and taught Ikara - recognising her daughter couldn’t use aether and so wouldn’t be able to heal herself -

#wolqotd / #wolquestion Does your wol / oc have any niche interests? Does anyone else know about it?

ikara dealerately wants to see the destruction of Baelsars Wall and the restoration of the Fringes. She grew up under its oppressive shadow. She lost her mother due to the resistance and Garleans fighting. She lost her father to his grief as he turned to substances and became abusive.

#WoLQotD | #WoLQuestion ✨ Is there a region that your WoL/IC wants to see restored? How would they see it restored? Like Doma, Bozja or Khoulusia

Ikara is a reluctant wol bound by her duty. She hates her title, she hates her accolades. More than hate. She resents them. She enjoyed it at first, in the early days. But as time went on, as we move through the story of Heavensward and into Stormblood and reaching it's peak in Shadowbringers, she

#wolqotd / #wolquestion How does your wol / oc feel about their title as the warrior of light? If they aren’t a wol, how do they feel about the wol?

Of losing herself. Her identity. Her autonomy. The world and the scions see her as a weapon to point and aim, and sure there’s bonds and friendship amongst that but she’s insecure that if something were to happen and she couldn’t do those things anymore, would they still want her around? #ikaralore

i never really do these, but - #wolqotd what is your OC truly, genuinely insecure about? i'm talking intense, deep-seated insecurities. nerves in the open air. things they'd rather die than admit. something that they simply don't want people to know, or see. show me their vulnerabilities.

Ikara is a melee-based dancer (she prefers to hit with her chakram rather than throw) and having a scythe to get up close and personal to her enemies would come naturally to her. Zenos once patronised Ikara’s weapons by referring to them as “dinner plates” and

#wolqotd your wol is having to switch classes with their significant other for the day, how well are they surviving?

This is the artwork I created for the recent EU fanfest art contest. Didn't make it into the final selection, but I like how it turned out, so I thought this would be a good moment to share it :)

Colorful digital artwork of my male Viera Warrior of Light K'laeryd sitting next to Zenos on a grassy cliff on the Island Sanctuary. K'laeryd is shielding his eyes from the sun and gazing upward while Zenos is looking ahead over the sea. There are multiple Morphos fluttering around them and you can see palm trees and some windmills in the background.

Twitter, I beg. As I’ve learned it’s not just me but several close friends having this issue. If we have blocked and muted someone - who is an honest to god horrid person and has an extensive Google doc on why - we don’t want them pushed on our feeds or to see every time someone engages with them.
