Here’s another example of a well-crafted phishing campaign impersonating the Bailiffs Department. It targeted Ukrnet email users over the past few days, including one of my close relatives. The malicious link even includes an “antivirus scanner verification” sign.

Three years ago GRU Unit 29155 (aka UAC-0056) defaced UA government websites, hacked into networks and used wiper to destroy data. That was a sort of "Kyiv in 3 days" in cyber which by and large failed.
