On Feb 25 a bill was tabled to let WA local govts implement cat containment. Despite bipartisan support it has inexplicably stalled. Since then, in Greater Perth c. 17.5M animals have been killed by roaming pet cats and 3600 pet cats have died from roaming incidents. It's time to end the slaughter.
