Dear Wakefield Reform, "WTF" is going on? Aren't you meant to be the champions of common sense and free speech? So why are you running crying to the police when district residents use a few hurty words to call out the poor administration of our council by certain cabinet members?
Pride Month has come to a close. But everything it stands for doesn't end with June. Support for, and solidarity with, LGBTQIA+ people across our district in these challenging times remains priority all year round.

Today marks the start of Refugee Week - a time for us to come together and celebrate the acts of courage uniting our communities. Always remember that we have more in common with people coming to Wakefield seeking safety than we do with any billionaires pointing the finger of blame at them.
