The white bowl is the leftover flowers arranged more like a bouquet. The unused flowers I put in a jar of water to be like water lilies..a water collage of flowers.

It’s a good thing I’m training tonight because I am ANGRY and want to throw something off a cliff—preferably myself, but I’m not picky.

I lost my wallet last week. I had $10 in it, and the credit card was never used, so that's good. But my passport expired, so now I have no photo ID, and I can't replace certain things until I jump through extra hoops to get one. I have no license, I can't drive. I am crabby as hell.

Friend pruned their olive tree, so I stole a few branches to workshop an idea I have for my library daybed. I wanted soft, warm light over one end so I could read at night. It works, so I’ll keep this for awhile until it dries out, and I can replace it with something permanent.

One of the few times I think humans don't give themselves enough credit is when we say, "we don't deserve dogs/cats/pets." I think if pets could understand the care and sacrifice that goes into loving them simply for existing, they'd certainly feel that humans are worthy of their devotion.

Completely improvised this lentil soup with kale, sweet potatoes and anything else I had on hand. Quite proud of it.

I'm training a new striking routine this week, and it crosses wires with what's already in my muscle memory, so I'm really janky with it. I spent two hours drilling it today, and I'm officially ~over it~
