Once that widely circulated “ancient Egyptian ahegao” Ppl looked at it and laughed, then scrolled to the next post, ever wondered where it actually came from? That specific one came from the back of a stela in the Museo Egizio, Turin: Cat. 1456, the Stela of Djehutynefer, scribe of the treasury.
Those two seem to be awfully close. Surely it's just your imagination...right?
