My old nemesis. I often think, speak, and sometimes write long sentences with comma splices. Proust would be proud. Today, I'm hunting for this creature where it lurks needlessly in my manuscript. Somehow this was missed by two editors and 4 beta readers. I noticed it lurking yesterday.

Before H.G. Wells, time travelers slept, dreamed, or got knocked out. Stories like Rip Van Winkle and A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court moved people through time, but usually by magic/accident. He changed everything by turning time travel into a machine. #SciFi #HGWells #TimeTravel
This was captured by my eldest daughter of me reading from of Johnny Talon and the Goddess of Love and War as part of the Boston Writers Salon at the Sea Hag. It was wonderful hearing the audience laugh at the humor in my work! Turn up the volume she was sitting in the back. youtu.be/xJJWiYeh_zM?...
