Just another "loser and sucker" retired F-4G Wild Weasel fighter pilot. Retired-ish IT enterprise level systems engineer with Electrical and Computer Engineering degree, and Rust/Go/Javascript dev. AI dabbler, drooler, and dribbler. Building ker.ai .

Yes, I'm slightly bragging (*very* small blush), but I'm on target to finish the claude-week (reset) with less than 1% remaining on my $200/mo subscription.

@mcuban.bsky.social Mark, please look into getting the Express Scripts contract of Tricare. They overcharge compared to my local pharmacy on many medicates by 3x or more, but have captured the market with Tricare generally not reimbursing if you use something else. It's over $500MM annually.

My guess is the chick is just using what wings it does have at that age to stabilize itself to find its stall speed and get a little away from the cliff face and then adjusting for a little more speed once the forward vector is sufficient to clear the face.

Today I set out to understand how barnacle geese chicks, who launch themselves off of cliff faces hundreds of feet high within days of hatching, survive their extreme falls. Friends, I did not succeed. Let me tell you what I did find. 1/8 ⚛️🧪

So, working on an automated proof system, which is a subsystem for much more expansive project in my one man with an iPad retirement show: Claude: “…estimate half a day’s work for the primitive nats function set” Claude, 7m 30s later: “cogitated for 7m 30s, committed” Never change Claude.

So, bsky engineer types. I’ve stood up a PDS server and gotten it to connect to bsky, but my older (4 day old) test posts don’t show but if i create new ones do. I’d like to create a good deal of info in post form up to a year old. Is there a limit on the createdAt timestamps? cc: @pfrazee.com
