As a Detroit Tigers fan to Scott Harris: Eff You. How do you rebuild a team when the developed farm talent gets traded for "The Best Prospects"? You don't, you get caught in a cycle of never quite good enough but have 1 or 2 pieces other teams can use with the talent you traded them 2 years ago.
