I find Steam achievements very useful when it comes to seeing how far the average player progresses in a game. Surprise: Most don't play for very long. For example, I got lots of achievements more than half of players don't have - after an hour or two of playing.

How do you even promote a new Android game released to Google Play these days? Just launch and pray? #gamedev #indiedev
