Tonight’s July full moon is traditionally named the Buck Moon because this is the time of year when male deer (bucks) grow their new, velvet-covered antlers, according to Native American traditions, it is also known as the Thunder Moon. #WetTribe #FullMoon

A rip current is a strong, narrow stream of fast-moving water that flows straight out from the shore through breaking waves. Moving as fast as 8 feet per second, faster than an Olympic swimmer, pulling swimmers away from the beach, making them a potential hazard.
