I think I’ve figured out why the new Carrie isn’t clicking for me six episodes in, even though all the modernizations are done well and are timely, the acting and writing are both superb, I see way too much of my younger self in Carrie (though my parents weren’t THAT strict and I don’t have powers)

Found the email I sent when I got accidentally added to the faculty listserv of an orthopedic surgery clinic and nobody would remove me so I sent this email to all faculty/staff/med students and they removed me almost immediately
