Even if you don't trust Fauci, that does NOT mean you should do your own research. What do you know?
Do your own research? Sounds responsible. Philosopher Jonathan Matheson shows why it’s a mistake. Read his chapter Against Doing Your Own Research in Too Weird to Believe, Too Plausible to Deny! @routledgebooks.bsky.social (20% off code 25SMA3): www.routledge.com/Too-Weird-to...
Remember who you are, philosopher.
When the farmer is about to shotgun Babe in the dome because he thinks he killed the sheep but then his wife tells him it was wild dogs and he is so overwhelmed by guilt over what he almost did he blows his brains out right there is a WILD way to end a children's movie.

Odyssey good. Action packed climax forgettable. Casting not bad. Patel added nothing. Holland, Zendaya, Berenthal never escape themselves. Damon, Hathaway, Leguizamo, Page great. Patterson deserves an award for being such a perfect snake. Circe & cyclops! Stunning cinematography.

Thinking of making my name as a Subjective Idealist YouTuber.
Just watched Dumbo with my son. Quick question re: pink elephants. What the FUCK were those clowns drinking?

Many doubt robots can be intelligent or conscious. Philosopher @petemandik.bsky.social explains why they are almost certainly wrong. Read his chapter Conscious Intelligent Robots Are Virtually Inevitable in Too Weird to Believe, Too Plausible to Deny!

Nobody answers this question honestly. What is the most bad thing you would be willing to do to prevent your own death? You have to do the morally bad thing within 24 hours, or you die, instantaneously.
Benatar's The Human Predicament is good, unpretentious, making important distinctions without linguistically dicing an issue beyond recognition. He basically argues life is bad but death is also bad so...you know...is sometimes a good idea, but that doesn't mean death isn't...1/4

Right now, which country is home to the best philosophers (per capita)?
