(…) Whimsicott is against an opponent that uses a lot of Dragon and Ground moves, with Zamazenta is weak and other Fairies don’t have coverage. Still, the lack of a good Fast move is a big bottleneck in using this Pokémon as Tank in battles with less than 4 people in.
