A very informative read that I highly recommend! The term "sex addiction" is being tossed around by influencers and grifters today. I've been noticing a lot of "download my app to stop your addiction" on places like ig and twitter. These accounts are using your shame and guilt for clout and money.

Getting real sick of slop midwives pleading for a 'respectful discussion' of AI as relates to the arts. Your use of AI to 'make art' is not respectful. It benefits from stolen art, destroys the planet, and does not make you an artist any more than someone driving 26.2 miles is a marathoner.

Yeah in terms of game news btw for the EA shit you should all basically expect nothing to ever come out of EA ever again. If ME4 does limp across the finish line expect it to be slopped out and made by a skeleton crew scared of getting fired at random.

i think, now, more than ever its really important to interact with people who like your art and vice versa, and cultivate more community and trust among artists and commissioners and followers in general. its not a perfect system by any means but i think building trust between everyone will help

This is what people mean by AI is theft. Someone I know later found out an artist (16k followers) they got a commision from uses AI and now they don't have funds to commish me or another artist they like. Not only does the slop machine steal art, these scammers directly steal work from real artists
