このサービス、実は個人が運営してます。利用規約とプライバシーポリシーの制定当初WhiteWindはatprotoのPoCとしてスタートしましたが、おかげさまでのべ閲覧ユーザー数6.9万、記事数2259を数えるなど、日常的に利用されるサービスとなりました。これまで利用者の善意もあってこれまで特にトラブルなく運営されてきましたが、例えば攻撃的な記事が投稿されたり、急にWhiteWindが使用不可能になった、など潜在的なトラブルのリスクは常に存在しています。しかしながら、PoC時代の名残で利用規約やプライバシーポリシーの定めがなく、そのようなトラブル発生時の責任の所在が不明確でした。今...
