A bit late, but I realised I never did one of these... so hard to pick just nine, but these all stand out as either faves of a particular note, or hit a strong reaction due the setting/era like Vice City. Halo Reach, Road Rash 3D0 and Skyrim missed this list by a whisker.
Starting to sort things, still need to bring up three more bookcases like the two in the pics for the otherside of the room, also some more yellow to paint over, but its taking shape. I think the full transition will take around two weeks... but then hopefully it will be sorted for years to come.
Okies feeling worse for wear, but it had to be done, flipped my desk around and put cabinets behind it (will use the dead space under for terrain materials and old CDs) but yeah, so tired. 🫠 Got blackout UV stickers so the monitor being there isn't an issue. Just needs sorting. #Hobby #Nerdlings
Watched AEW Dynamite earlier (UK ITV) and yeah, that was very hard to watch. Watching them clearly devastated but putting on the best show they could was inspiring. It made me realise how much I loved his presence in the ring, and has really hit me hard this week. He really was Undeniable. RIP PAC
Took me ten hours, and not even close to done.. so much to sort, but my desk is upstairs. Spent nearly half an hour using earbuds to clean grease dust off my fan blades, but after starting my PC it runs silent again. 🙃🫠 At least another three days, but a huge step today. #Nerdlings
Yay, painting done, now for the 'fun' part, desk, PC, two cabinets and too many boxes to come up, with other bits going down, but not much room, so need to do a switcheroo all day. 😅 #HobbySpaces #Nerdlings
Still can't believe it, one of my faves. This package, although tragically sad, was a wonderful tribute. www.youtube.com/watch?v=z9xR...

Welp that's my luck for the week... first ten roll for Roxy at 89 away and hit the S-rank and for the first time in an age made my 50-50, so Roxy, Claret and Rina team ready to go. (Once Roxy is levelled) Will be my 5th preset team #ZenlessZoneZero #ZZZ #Gamerluck

Still not gotten over the fact the English Language VA voices both these characters. To be fair it shows how good a VA she is, but normally I pick up a hint of an actors tone across their characters, but with these two, nothing. 😅 Also two of my faves. 😊 #GenshinImpact #ZenlessZoneZero #ZZZ
Finally ripping the bandaid off and deleting Facebook this week, it means I lose some family updates etc, but I'm just done with Meta and it's AI bullgak.
Still here, but busy. I decided to take advantage of an emptying room, and actually paint it in the colours I want. So the big hobby switcheroo has dragged into a third week, hopefully done by next weekend. It does mean I've shelved my Sep Nerdlings Comp entry, but will eventually continue it.

I am in the process of switching the small (3rd bedroom honest guv) spare room from a laundry room to my hobby room, partially to get PC out of the Kitchen and upstairs. Will provide updates but going to be posting even less than normal for the next week. Wish me luck. 🫠 #Nerdlings #Hobby
Welp took a while but got one done. Instead of a polished steel look for the armor this time around I’m going for a rougher iron look, it’ll need some touching up but she’s mostly done
Don't want to spoil too much due to monthly comp, but I have another one of these I started with green stuff, but it was taking up so much greenstuff I was loathe to thicken its limbs, finding a 15yr old box of milliput and it still mixing has allowed this one a much better look. #Nerdlings #Orks

Another sketch as it's been quiet. Figured I'd test myself and do something I honestly probably don't do enough of, which is to sketch characters not of my own making. So here is a twenty minute pic of Morrigan from Darkstalkers. Took a diff pose as my inspiration. #Art #Darkstalkers #Morrigan
Twenty min pencil sketch today, messing around with ideas for an Assassin Guild in one of the larger cities of the setting. Really need to start practicing with the Cintiq once the summer is over. #D&D #RPG #Nerdlings #Art
Without saying your age, what is your favourite movie that came out when you were 20 years old?
Doc Holliday's Iconic Cup Moment
Alt: Val Kilmer just being mesmerizing in the whole scene, also Ringo's reaction to this, realizing the drunk and visibly ill Doc just mirrored his every move with the cup is just brilliant.

Hobby for this week, finally started on the Lizardmen Blood Bowl team so myself and Redhulk can play at some point with fully painted teams, also Hootsie and Snail no2 for the Crooked Moons. Also next set of Spearhead arrived, Chaos which are going into OW and an Extra Stormcast. #Nerdlings
Got my Ork codex and cards order in. I decided after a pretty awful 10th for actual game played, to take extra time painting and take a restart of sorts. Shifting all the 10th books while they still have some value, selling excess armies and trying to focus on one per person for a bit. #Nerdlings
Been attacking the garden the last few days, but finally got the painting area sorted with new brush holder. Also 'Bacon and eggie' got a new place sitting on the excess cleaners, varnishes etc in the other half of the holder. Still have a bit to do in the corner but its getting there. #Nerdlings
For feth's sake, Burhnam desperate to make it look like he is doing something used the national safety alert phone system to tell us not to light fires across the countryside... which well yeah we know, but I am more worried for those with hidden pones for safety he might just have compromised.
Decided to sell all the 10th edition books and cards today on eBay, after a bad run on 40K for the last couple of years. It occurs to me we've not played much since the first year of 10th and I might as well try and get some value back before 11th books replace them. #Nerdlings #Warhammer40K

Dark Souls any version, no hate to those who like it, but I am not playing any kinda game that conditions part of the fun as learning the mechanics to beat a foe multiple times by constantly dying. If I see any game saying 'Souls-like' its often a skip. Just not for me at all.
Kristin 🇨🇦🤓@faierius.bsky.social · 2mo agoNo hate, no dogpiling, just curious. For me, it's Skyrim. Don't know why, considering it should be exactly my kind of game, but it just didn't click for me.
Another sketch at work, messing about with technique and styles. Elmen Assassin known as Taffy in the guild. #Art #DnD #FantasyArt
