Willoughby Fields local patch today got me Chaffinch, Grey Wagtail, Buzzard, Chiffchaff plus about 15 Swallows and 8 White Wagtails to name just a few of what I saw. Sadly no sign of the Spotted Flycatcher this time. @patchbirding.bsky.social @sussexornitholo.bsky.social #sussexbirding

My first ever visit to Blindley Heath Nature Reserve today. Bird wise a bit quiet sadly with only about 13 species seen on the reserve itself. Was nice though to see plenty of Swallows still around hunting in a nearby field along with a Red Kite. @surreybirdnews.bsky.social #surreywildlife
