OUTRAGEOUS! DHS officers in Portland detained an Indigenous activist wearing the MMIW handprint outside the ICE facility. Suppressing peaceful demonstrators exposes the deep disregard for native lives. Indigenous sovereignty and human rights cannot be silenced.

I would argue the SAVE act specifically targets women based on its demand that women who change their names through marriage or divorce must produce multiple documents that they must pay for to prove their citizenship to the federal government, this violates the equal protection clause
