The shrubs along the side are doing great as well, 2 have reached the evestrough!😍

My Rose of Sharon bushes have grown just as fast as the lilac patch in the spring! They are laden with blooms! Today the florgy began with 1st flowers of summer. 🥰

Most of June, I spent doing a Canadiana tribute to celebrate Canada 🇨🇦 Day, including 6 new tunes (and my 1000th) by 16 acts. I enjoyed the experience 😌🫂🎤🇨🇦

That's June done & dusted, same for the 2nd Quarter of 2026. Nice tally with 22 new songs by 17 artists tried out, bringing the total to 1005! Finally made my 1000th tune!!! Only took 16 years & 4 months..🥳👏🥰🎤

Cont..last post. For my partner, Cody, his mum & sister, my son Jeffrey, granddaughters Nova & Valley, brother from another mother Stephane (Jeff's dad), it was amazing to have them all here with me. Magical. Then I did a Cher tribute at the Well to open Pride month, including my 998th new tune!❤️🥳🎤

Finally!! I started 4 seasons ago growing Rose of Sharon shrubs from seed in 3 colors, red, white, & blue. All the blue plant bloomed red. Started this year with blue from a different host & Qapla'!🥳😍

Cody & I made it out to Delaware Speedway last nite, joining Bob & Steve. Talk about getting broiled,🥵 and the track action was hot🔥 too!!🏁🏁

Amazing & wonderful weekend spent with Cody at the 'Queeroake takes over Cedars' event at Cedars LGBT+ Campgrounds. Our 1st trip together, we were hosted by our dear friends Steve & Bob in the bunky at The Hamptons. Claude has conquered again!! Very happy to support him! 🏳️‍🌈🥰🙏💞🎤🤟🥳

In spite of the tough preceding week, Cody & I went to Rock The Park, seeing Marianas Trench & Hozier. Cody & his team even got them to provide ASL Interpretation!! Good start& thanks JEG 🥳

Got to finish my Canadiana tribute this week, a bit late due to a stroke, but hey, 'I'm Still Standing'. Over the 3 weeks, I did 6 new tunes by the Hip, London's own Helix, Big Wreck, Chilliwack, the Guess Who, Triumph!! Under the circumstances, delivering on my plan makes me proud.

To all my fellow @Queeraoke.ca peeps. Wow!💞 Had a tough week last with Cody's broken knuckle & my stroke. The love you all showed us was heartwarming & inspirational. I didn't cry, much. 🥲 Love you so much! 🤗💋🙏❤️ Sorry we can't be with you tonite at the Hard Rock, but we're at RTP 🥳
