re: the movie it's hard to look at the movie in isolation because it's constantly referencing the source material, but not doing any of what made the comic great. i think if the comic didn't exist it would be a 6.5-ish/10, but the comparison makes it frustrating to watch. alcock is a great though.

I was struggling to find an answer to a podman question yesterday and decided to see if chatgpt could come up with anything. It immediately suggested just running podman as root as a solution (which negates podman's main advantage over docker). Great. Really glad the entire economy hinges on this.

Vore archive project is being resumed, at least on Eka's (who continues to be very patient with my bullshit <3). The issue before was gallery-dl causing rate limits, then not adding long enough delays, repeated until Cloudflare bans my IP. Slowed it down and made it instantly give up on a 429. 🤞
