This summer our #Peace Cubs and Buds studied urban #EnvironmentalJustice during camp. Their studies align with the elementary aged children like Kevin Tang in the 3M Young Scientist Challenge who study real-life issues of environmental impact, health, and food supply.

The U.S. government's own Labor Department reported that corporate profits rose by 47%. But rent rose 40%, #utilities (like gas and electricity) rose between 28% to 35%. Groceries rose 35%. No #peace without #affordability. We need prosperity for all and not just the wealthy few.
#Peace requires an #affordable society. Since 2019, #grocery prices rose a shocking 33% with the highest hike occurring after 2025, according to the U.S.'s own Bureau of Labor Statistics data. Shoppers report spending $1,300 or more monthly on groceries.
Our community relies on #Medicare. But the presidential administration is cutting a Medicare program that keeps drug prices #affordable. Now millions of seniors and their families may face more #PriceGouging. More money for wars and Lincoln town cars but less to help Americans.
