Instagram reels are insane right now. Lot of prude puritanical thinking, everything being blamed on the Jews, and right-wing Catholic, Protestant fundamentalist thinking is on it too. My thoughts are that the algorithms are trying to build a more controllable generation. Go outside.

Something about Anthropic that worries me is the strength of Claude. Claude is a useful tool for research and development, and it can do a lot for you when you need to pull or scrape things. The scary part is, will Anthropic pull the moral code to gain more power?

It is crazy how much of the general mental anguish can be cleared with physical exercise. Go have a little jog even if you feel like you are really bad at it and have no stamina like me. It does not magically heal depression, but is a good and effective practice regardless.
