Marijuana was criminalized when white politicians noticed that it was mostly used by black & Hispanic people, a voting block they wanted to eviscerate. I'm pretty sure the "contract" was ridiculously overpriced to allow Musk to give OUR taxpayer 💰 to Republican campaigns. I prefer to choose who gets MY campaign donations. This is what u get when u elect charlatans. Every contract "awarded" by Trump must be canceled for not following contract law.
