Right I didn't think I'd have to say this but since this is happening everywhere and today in my stream. Please for the love of whatever you believe in, a death of someone beloved is not the best news to just drop in a chat, its not the next best thing since sliced bread. Be mindful, considerate.
Stop fucking using genAI. Not even for a joke, not even for that oh so cutting political satire. Every time you use it, you are actively taking food out of our mouths. You are using the weapon of the enemy. We do not need it.

We won't know what we've lost until it's gone.
Just want to point out that it's kinda fucked up I'm legitimately actually BEGGING through Bsky posts for people to be respectful about the impact of death With all of the love and respect I can put into written word, I think that's really telling to how it keeps being treated *Please* be gentler
