ER doctor here- I initially thought he’s on a ventilator with brain damage. But I just saw the video of him on the gurney to the ambulance. Not intubated, no oxygen, motionless. Covered in a sheet. They left in no rush code 2. He was declared deceased at the scene. He may well have been DNR.
