Blooms tend to trigger under windy weather, often resulting in the death of the subject and the rapid spread of the infection.
These are people who are quite literally banking on your lack of confidence. They're the ones that demand professionalism when they're not paying you nearly enough to meet professional standards. The moment you show you know what's up, they won't come around anymore.
I've said before and will bang on about this again: I have been in chatrooms with people who specifically urge others to comm young artists "while they don't know their actual worth" so they can get really good art on the cheap. They are not unaware that your prices are abysmally low.
Honestly charging hourly at all at a reasonable rate (I wouldn't go lower than $35/hr for ppl who maybe feel like 50 is too much), and sticking to those hours/those rates, tends to weed out the worst of the worst, because it shows the client you value your time straight out of the gate.

Like no matter your skill level you need to be charging at least $50/hr kinda thing We all have the personal experience to know that the people hunting for fully rendered work for that cheap are the most opportunist fuckers around
