It is one year today since I had to farewell my fabulous feral Blarg. He was in my life for a decade and I miss him. Ella and I still look for him when we are out at night even though we know better. I am grateful he spent his last months here full time.
Diary of a cat servant: This is less a #KittyLoafMonday and more of a brioche bun but it does show Ella's undercoat in various spots. Only the very tips of her black fur is black. The rest is white. #Hedgewatch DUVET shift.
Diary of a cat servant: Ella would like to take this opportunity to remind me that when she is out on a #Hedgewatch shift with me and, on this occasion, our friend, she was leading us, not following. I have to admit that she is right.

Diary of a cat servant: Winter #Hedgewatch WILDLIFE shifts in the sun are rare unless I decide to take a longer lunch so Ella can soak up a sun puddle. Sometimes she gets lucky.
