🌊AABS piloting in Khulna and Cox’s Bazar tested 7 IMTA models—shrimp, prawn and finfish with seaweed, bivalves and aquatic plants. Results showed 2.7–9.5× higher biomass in pond-based systems with improvements in survival, feed efficiency and profitability in some models.

At #COFI37 in Rome, WorldFish is bringing evidence from 30+ countries to the global fisheries and aquaculture agenda, highlighting putting nutrition alongside production, closing evidence gaps, connecting fisheries and aquaculture, and recognizing aquatic foods as part of the climate solution.
