Dozens of gas-burning power plants are being built across the country, solely to power data centers. These plants could emit as much planet-warming pollution as half of all passenger vehicles in the entire country in a single YEAR. We need a data center moratorium โ now.

Jeffries accused Social Democrats of wanting to defund law enforcement. Which is a lie, Social Democrats want law enforcement reformed and ICE abolished. Jeffries considers ICE a part of law enforcement.

Crime was down under Biden because jobs and basic needs were within reach. Republicans intentionally tanking the economy will lead to more crime. When incarcerations were down, private jailers lost money. ICE fills those private prison owners wallets.

Northwestern has, probably, the 2nd best library collection for African History/Studies in the USA (behind Yale and ahead of MSU, UCLA, etc). A self-inflicted wound that is absolutely, 100% unnecessary given the massive wealth of Northwestern--north of $15 billion.
