Show announcement! Come see what we made. Rutland, VT September 5-October 5. Video by smalltimeclown on instagram.
um my resin cured mid-pour. i’m guessing you’re not supposed to use aluminum to mix ☺️
this is what you’ve been missing out on
If you're wondering what the big picture is here... I'm world building piece by piece with the intention of eventually making a film or video game of some sort. My method is a little bit different than the usual. I'm making all physical attributes of the world and figuring out the story later.
Hey gang. The time to has arrived. Bridge to Rutland has opened their sponsor page and you can now sign up to donate. Donations are a minimum of $12 and you get an in depth look at my art processes. I’ll be sharing pictures and words 3-5 times a week in the month of April. All proceeds go to B2R.
I’ll potentially be participating in a fundraiser for an organization that provides support to asylum seekers here in Vermont. I hope you’ll consider sponsoring me or another artist involved. I’ll let you all know when I have more info but I believe it starts in April.
new guy i’m making. i have an exhibition with a friend of mine in October.
next project will be this one. this is a plan i came up with more than 5 years ago. Not sure what was going through my mind at the time but I like the idea visually. it also comes with a short poem I wrote. it’ll have to exist through video which will be fun
so this guy is done for the time being. don’t mean to be rude but it scares me looking at him and i need a break
i don’t really know how to sew. it’s gonna have some character i tell you what
thinking about how much i used to play pretend when i was a kid, maybe later in my childhood than most. i never wanted to grow up and rejected every idea that i should mature. i miss the feeling of that pretend time by myself and can still access it within my art. trying to keep that alive
Returning to this.. The intention here was to create a landscape. I really love the way it looks now and could just continue to add paint but I’m going to incorporate some beads and shiny stuff. I’m scared I’m gonna ruin it a little but I’m gonna do it anyway.

i do not have TIME to clean up in between projects. creativity can be so fleeting and i have to power through. Clean up is for a different designated time.
Just unearthed this foreground I had sitting around in a closet. I painted a final layer on my stone wall so I’ll work on this while it dries. I need to clean up the cob webs and fix the sand into place
