If you’re in eating disorder recovery & what you’re seeing in the media is triggering— This is a reminder that it’s okay to look away, to mute, to unfollow. To take a break. To take a breath. And also: recovery is possible. It is, it is, I swear it is. It is not too late.

if someone shares their own eating disorder struggle with you & your impulse is to respond with “I wish I had a ‘little bit of anorexia’”or “I’m kinda jealous lol”— just don’t. for the love.
