Our chapter turned out over a dozen members and met with some allies to speak to Rep. Margaret De La Rosa and Sen. Laura Ellman last night about data centers and passing the Human Rights Advocacy Protection Act!

Yesterday the people of DC voted resoundingly for Democratic Socialist candidates across the board! Though we still have to wait for voting to be fully tabulated, Metro DC DSA endorsed candidates Janeese Lewis George and Aparna Raj hold commanding leads in their races. (1/8)
DSA candidate defeats “lock ‘em up” prosecutor to become DC’s most progressive mayor to date! Janeese Lewis George is also Trump’s worst DC nightmare. Now if only we can get him to declare war on us and pay out $300 billion in reparations when he surrenders.
