Started drawing up a Mythic Bastionland realm using @wuggy.bsky.social art assets, and pulling from a... generous interpretation of local geography.
I have been drawing little roadmaps as I plan out the next few adventures in my loosely connected Tannic setting. My religious themed adventure is next and the second playtest went very well, with the third test group this week.
Such a thrill to work with artists and see your vision for things come alive in a way you that’s so much better than you hoped for. Stoked to have some writing coming out soon with art from @wuggy.bsky.social, as well as something further down the road with @amandalee.bsky.social.
I've been looking to run a fishing RPG this year and have been shopping around for a system. There's some system where the focus indeed is fishing but I have to ask, why the hell does all of them include a combat system?

I ended up running this game earlier this week. I ended up hacking Mothership into a Delta Green-like thing, and ran it as a secret adaptation of At the Mountains of Madness.

My takeaway here is that we’re not, by and large, and industry. We’re a hobby, and we should act like hobbyists sharing something they love, not capitalists trying to out-grow each other.
