There is recycling everywhere in Portugal. The bins are below ground. I was waiting for a ride and caught them lifting & dumping the bins. I’m easily amused.

I signed up yesterday for an A1 course in European/Portugal Português. I know some everyday phrases, but it’s time for a more structured course. In today’s lesson, I found this chart helpful. It can be shared (please give credit to them and don’t modify it).
One good thing about living alone is I can enjoy Anchovies and not get an earful. My first spouse didn’t like them but made sure I had premium quality Anchovies, he adored me. Other folks I lived with were grossed out if I ate them. I’m set in my ways now. Don’t dis the fish😄.

Today’s reminder: “Control is an illusion”. We can do our best, but we do not have 100% control over the outcome. You may be enjoying the high of a delusion that makes you believe you are in control, but reality says most of the time you are not. Accept it, and move forward.
Due to the short amount of space here, we get a very reduced version of folks. The result is what is left after you boiled something ‘til all water had evaporated. I often wonder what folks are like when their profile is fat & full and not boiled down. We get sexy pics which are 🔥; where’s the rest?
TERFs make my blood boil😡🤬. I just got done responding to their illogical, non factual based posts that are fanned by hysteria, discrimnation, and misplaced fear. There is not enough room on Bluesky for me to post my usual response to TERFs. I need to meditate now and chill before bed.
