The area in and near Thunder Bay, Ontario (right on Lake Superior) currently experiencing temperatures near or over 100°F. Their normal high this time of year is 75°F. All time record at the airport is 40°C (about 104°F).

Not gonna lie - concentrating on science today is very tough with, well, you know, everything going on.

My undergraduate Climate class is making Instagram/TikTok-style videos to explain modes of climate variability to non-experts as part of their homework. My graduate Statistics class is making statistics-related memes for extra credit. It's a fun time of year for sure!

But the real question is - do they have to use Teams?
