Charlie update: she had a long day at the vet, but all went well. A blood test showed her to be a healthy girl. She's been microchipped and neutered, bless her. She handled it really well and straight away after was lively and hungry, with good mobility.

This is my beautiful friend, Charlie. She’s being looked after in Canada until she’s used to travelling and can come home to me next year. I miss her so much. She’s having surgery to be neutered on Tuesday. I know it’s a routine procedure, but all positive thoughts for her would be much appreciated.

It's been quite the week with six months of Natasha gone on the 23rd, her birthday on the 26th and our anniversary and my blog post on the 28th. On the evening of the 28th I was on my way to the local Pagan moot when a white seagull feather stopped me in my tracks. I knew it was for me. 1/2

The urn containing the ashes of my wife, Natasha on my altar. There are also three fridge magnets with the words "I LOVE YOU" written by Natasha and a white seagull feather.
