I’ve lived through one hell of a technological arc. I’ve advocated for technology, embraced it, invested in it, and built a 15 year career within it. And like all old people, in many ways… I’ve come to hate it.

The Discord thing is a little interesting, because while I don’t trust them at all to have that level of PII from a privacy and data security standpoint, and it would be devastating for my career, I actually believe that societally speaking separating minors from the general internet would be good.
