I always forget how long quiche takes bc of all the prep and waiting. This one is in homemade pastry with my garden vege - spinach onion cherry tomatoes and parsley (so it’s RFK and Brooke Rollins-proof). Should be cool enough to cut in about 40 minutes.
I felt so responsible that I have never read another page of People Magazine, or followed another public figure as closely as I did Diana. Charlotte nails it here.

So I self-designated as "semi-retired" (see prior post re losing most of my clients) and I think the hardest part of this is going to be not doing something every minute of the day because I now have so many damned minutes* *this balanced by the so little damned money but yolo
Time to gear up for my 2 weeks of pre-travel anxiety attacks.
It completely sucks that I lost 3/4 of my clients, but this permanent 4-day weekend thing is going to be awesome.

💯 I finally just brought my trashcans inside my gate bc this (and other fly dumping) was such a problem. But not everyone has the luxury of a gated yard, so don't be an ass. It's not my fucking dog I shouldn't have to deal with its 💩
Kudos (can't believe I'm saying this) to FedEx, which texted a delivery photo, to the wrong house, responded to my ticket with a human phone call, and redelivered it, all within about 15 minutes. Have I entered an alternate universe?
I love when not-Americans talk about annoying it is when Americans talk about American things Americanly but don't take into account all the not-America things that Americans have no reasonable reason to be thinking about. oh, sorry "USians". 🙄
