Concerned citizen, parent, actor/ artist struggling to understand the current world situation and hopefully help in some way.
Had a last minute cancelled flight Maine to Newark, so I tried #UnitedAirlines online booking with miles. Kept thwarting me. Called and the gentleman in India insisted my best shot was for $1,000 and a ton of miles. Book now because this might be the last seat. Better deal thru Expedia, but still🙄
I try to understand how this can be our sweet girl’s go-to position for comfort napping. Can anyone offer an insight?
Keep an eye out for Recluse. Young Henry Chaisson is a director to watch.
May not have a clear sky for the full moon tonight, but last night was pretty sweet:)
We better be able to bill the Trump organization for all the petty revenge investigations he’s spent millions of our taxpayer money on during this rein of idiocy.
Today’s charcoal/gesso sketches. Two remarkable Brits I was lucky enough to meet a lifetime or two ago. I won’t drop names (they might land on a toe or two:)
Player’s Club tonight at 6:30. If you’re in town and up for grabs:)
Shadow selfie in the center of the city in the middle of the night. Action! #NYC
For anyone who might be curious about how much actors can rake in via residual checks… May this pink page paint you green with envy:).
I never throw away onion or garlic skins or tops n’ tips or so many other peels and things that used to go straight into the compost. Now they only get after I’ve cooked every living flavor and nutrient out of em. Use that broth for rice or pasta or whatever ails ya!

Our country will not survive if we don’t stop this

Ol’ Chief Justice, why so sad? Or is this just performative remorse? I had you pegged for a better man than this, I really did. You put on a convincing show, relative to some of your cohorts.
How is it conceivable that so many people have lost the basic ability to read character? Or detect the complete and utter lack of it?
Remember when being a bully or a conceited braggart got you banned from society? What happened? When did that change? I feel this wretched little rich, spoiled brat somehow managed to turn the world upside down. How did so many people fall for something so rotten at its core?
Two drawings I did today, of two friends from Maine, who I introduced to each other on Friday. The creative community continues to grow. I love it up here.
My daughter Rowan, about ten years ago, demonstrating natural acting talent, picking up instinctively, the atmosphere of the shot. A very Stephen King moment in Maine:)
So, I just wanna know, when you’re at a concert, having paid for good seats, and you end up sitting behind someone who has their phone out recording every other song… Are they recording it so they can court envy by posting it, or to look back with nostalgia, at the memory of what they missed.
With all the diabolical hand wringing and subsequent slashing of DEI policies (because they are just so unfair to straight white men?)… if fairness is indeed the issue, then when are we going after the Electoral College?
Always interested in layers of time weighing in on the faces I paint or sculpt.
If he keeps it up, nothing short of dragging him through the streets in a hurl of feces, will bring satisfaction.
Planning to sculpt Abe out of a big chunk of oak this spring/summer. As soon as the barn and frozen shoulder thaws a bit. Meanwhile these studies help keep me focused on how strong and good humans are capable of being.
4:20… Grrr, so close! It could a been a little May the Fourth be with you 😛
