Xbox backwards compatibility on PC feels like it should be a bigger deal, it's barely made the news. It's also crazy to me that they shipped a whole 360 emulator to make 4 OG Xbox titles run.

Obsidian being retasked to a Fallout game, probably with the sword of Damocles over their head, really feels like the monkey's paw curling after years of everyone (including yours truly) asking for a New Vegas successor

a whole bunch of the demos I had lined up to play on Steam were removed after release/next fest which I sorta get but also is wild to me as someone who grew up on Q3DM17, Tobruk and Silent Cartographer my guys I am more likely to move on than buy your full-price game sight unseen

Started playing 1348 Ex Voto, because let's be honest it's practically precision-targeted toward me. It is major eurojank, but so far more enjoyable than the quite brutal Steam reviews would suggest.

I'm pretty impressed with the Chessex "Nostalgia" set. It's obviously made of standard dice from their lineup- the colours are not close to their inspiration, and the d20 goes from 1-20- but it manages to include some nice nods to RPG dice history and it's only $5.
