I’ve accepted that I probably won’t be playing #Horizon 3 as it will surely be a digital only PS6 exclusive. I fell in love with Zero Dawn, Aloy, the world, the story, gameplay, all resonated. The corporate decisions Sony ordered #GuerrillaGames to output have been hit and miss.
At the time, Astrobot felt like a celebration of my life in gaming with #PlayStation. 30 years together, shaping play, worlds, stories and connection. Now on reflection, my perspective tainted by recent revelations, it feels like a goodbye to everything we once knew.
Data is the most valuable asset for all the big players in the tech industry. A war has started for the control and ownership of that data. I’m happy, I’ve had my fill, gaming peaked at our third generation. But for the sake of our history and future generations, this culture cannot die.
