Here's my tip for today: Every day, make a list of 3 things you need to get done that day. Don't worry about the other things. This works because you're basically combing through what you need to do and prioritizing what is actually important. You don't need to do everything today, or tomorrow.
I tried slowing down. It made me more productive(!). I noticed I was moving too fast with life, so much happening, so I decided to slow down this summer with my art. I got way more energy from this than I expected! Turns out, doing everything at 87% is just right for me.

I realized it’s been a while since I properly introduced myself, so here goes: I’m Adrienne, I create ink and watercolor art with a focus on patterns, birds, places, cats, coffee, etc, and I do it for people who need a little bit of color in their lives.
Update there is no more love island and I'm having to motivate myself by watching Below Deck Med. Which I actually think is dumber than Love Island and there's way more fighting
