It's been years since I met an officer who actually cared so much. It's nice to know you're so hopeful, when most people are... well. Not understanding at all.

No it’s not an issue at all. In truth.. I just wish more people were understanding. As an officer, you can presume that I care for the rules a lot.

Yeah, nah. Rules aren't something I traditionally wanna follow, especially when they're some vague set half-heartedly referenced by either a cop or the worst cop cosplayer I've ever seen.
