Good communication skills and patience are underrated developer skills. For example, I asked a user to send me some files I needed to see. I _assumed_ they knew I meant attach the files to an email because I need to see what is inside of them. 👇

When you're building something and think "There must be an easier way..", there usually is, but you haven't found it yet. And sometimes you just have to write a regex to pluck out what you need.
