Für mich bleibt unverständlich, dass es offenbar politisch gewollt ist, im Gesundheitsministerium eher auf fachliche Außenseiter zu setzen. Es muss ja kein Arzt sein. Aber das Gesundheitswesen ist ethisch komplex und lässt sich nicht nach Kosten-Nutzen-Rechnungen steuern wie andere Bereiche.
