I hate that I'm saying this.. but the product placement in First Light is actually helpful to its immersion. This is one of the most detailed games I have ever played.

Probably a toxic trait for me. I don't feel the need to respect strangers on the interwebz when they are disrespectful in the replies. More so when they have some anime character as their profile pic.
But the "ideas" you're generating are ripped off from all of the artists on this planet and strips you from the ability to call yourself an original director. I'm so ashamed of this. Gareth has been one of my favorite modern film creators.

And this logic really doesn't work because sometimes the snow is so bad here that neither personal nor public transit is going to be feasible. I legitimately don't see a difference. Companies just want to make you available at all times, especially in the retail sector.

Not interviewing potential job candidates because they need to take public transit needs to be considered discrimination and protected by the government. A train, bus, or taxi can be just as late as an individual driver. Hell, most public transit users are early to work cause things can go wrong.

I've never read The Lord of the Flies (we did To Kill a Mockingbird), so I never bothered to watch any of its adaptations. This 2026 version is actually pretty good so far!

Gamers these days, especially the younger ones, wouldn't have survived gaming pre-2010s. Endless amounts of open world + neverending online games has broken a lot of brains. People are mad 007 First Light is a 15-20 hour game. Which, is pretty good. When I was a kid you were lucky for a 7hr story.
I genuinely cannot wrap my head around people being against medically assisted suicide because some right wing grifter told them that the government is rounding up homeless and disabled Canadians to euthanize. Why do you care if someone else wants to die? WHY
I could never be the face model for a game. I'd develop body dysmorphia from my character being a perfected version of me Patrick Gibson is fine as hell, though.
